Dsignspace is an International firm driven by its passion for Architecture and the pursuit to deliver an Architecture that is responsive to its context. Founded in 2016, we have since developed into a dynamic practice only taking on a small number of projects each year to ensure that our designs receive the much needed attention.

Our aim for each project is to adopt a sustainable approach to essentially create healthy working & living environments both in our commercial & residential projects. Our uniquely crafted design philosophy pursues an Architecture that integrates both form & function to develop a unique sense of space and place. The use of advanced computer software offers the opportunity to utilize the full extent of the site concerning views and the use of natural resources with minimal impact to the environment. Concepts are presented to clients using 3-dimensional software platforms including but not limited to Virtual Reality (VR), Computer Generated Images (CGI) and videos.

Principle Architect & Managing Director   |    Andre Wiese

Holds an M-Arch Professional Degree (Masters in Architecture) from the Nelson Mandela University, and is a registered professional at the South African Council for the Architectural Profession. His experience extends from High-End Residential & Commercial projects to Airports and Office Developments.

Outside of Architecture, Andre holds a pilot license and loves exploring the country.
