The 1888 project emerged from a Design competition to design a High-End Office building that is of a peculiar Architecture. The Contemporary Design introduces various elements that are new to the region both in Technology & Materials. The Client is always open to new exploratory ideas which makes it a fun and exciting project.
The building is divided into three distinct layers - A lower base that incorporates both Retail and Collaboration spaces, a middle that will serve as Typical Flexible Office spaces. The top layer of the building are dedicated to the Client where it will serve as the new Headquarters.

Villa Rahim - Competition Winning Entry.
The house is situated on the Cliffs of Dakar, with majestic views toward the ocean. The Design is a continuous 3-Dimensional wrap that gives the building its shape and is accentuated through the use of different materials. All living and sleeping spaces are orientated toward ocean views.
The use of cutting-edge technology and imported materials makes this a pretty unique home to the region.
